• To communicate with applicants and residents regarding applications, leases, maintenance notices, rent reminders, and property announcements
• To maintain records required for property management and legal compliance

We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to Creekside Apartments or sell it to third parties.

3. SMS Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in (either by checking the consent box on our online application or by signing the SMS consent clause in your lease agreement), you consent to receive SMS text messages from Creekside Apartments related to your application and tenancy.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your application or lease; we can use alternate methods (email, mail, or phone) to reach you.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to process applications and manage the property, including credit and background check bureaus, our SMS and email delivery providers, our online application provider, and our property management and hosting service providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain applicant and resident records for the duration of the tenancy and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including secure form submission and restricted access to resident records.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Creekside Apartments website, online rental application, and resident communications program, operated by Creekside Apartments, located at 2500 Knights Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.

1. Rental Application

Submitting an online application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to credit, criminal background, and rental history review as described in our application procedures. Application fees are non-refundable.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our online application, or by signing the SMS consent clause in your lease agreement, you agree to receive text messages from Creekside Apartments related to your application, lease, and tenancy, including maintenance notices, rent reminders, lease-related notices, and property announcements.

• Message frequency varies based on property notices and events.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance regarding the messaging program.
• We are not liable for message delivery delays or failures caused by your mobile carrier.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

While we take reasonable steps to ensure notices are delivered, SMS and email delivery depend on third-party carriers and providers outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery, and applicants/residents remain responsible for complying with application and lease terms regardless of whether an electronic notice was received. Where legally required, we may also rely on other notice methods (e.g., written/physical notice) in accordance with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law.

4. Accuracy of Information

Applicants and residents are responsible for providing accurate contact information and promptly notifying us of any changes to ensure continued receipt of notices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creekside Apartments is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, online application, or SMS/email communications, including missed or delayed notices due to technical or carrier issues.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, application, or communications program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
